Jack is nearly done with the cross stitch on his kitty then it is on to the backstitching. Is there anyone out there who actually likes a mile of backstitching? Not me or Jack.
Finally!!!!! I finished my wrap! It has been more off working on it than on since April. I mean with cross stitching and home repairs it has taken the backseat a lot. At least I will have it for the chilly fall mornings sitting out with the Bugger.
And speaking of the Bugger, isn’t this a cute picture? She is snuggling with a teddy bear she found abandoned in a ditch on one of our walks. She promptly picked it up and brought him home. How could I take it away from her? So after a bath he looks good as new and she loves him!

I like that wrap. It is crocheted, isn’t it? I should really finish the one I started. Not till my hand heals though….I’m having carpal tunnel surgery on the left side on Friday afternoon. Oh regarding the pattern weights – if you look them up on Google, you will see that most of them are simply washers with fabric wrapped around them. And my, the prices they charge!!!
